We are a New York City-based company with a deep passion for building beautifully crafted, richly appointed, technically sophisticated sound tools for creative minds. The company's growing product line includes a wireless speaker, headphones, earphones and accessories.

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Sales Account Manager responsible for maintaining and expanding the Master & Dynamic portfolio within assigned sales channels and accounts. This role works closely with the Director of Sales, supporting day to day sales activities, new customer and channel development, and regular account support, working directly with the sales and marketing teams located in our NYC Headquarters.


  • Maximize sales potential with existing retail partners while launching new initiatives and customer outreach programs
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to drive sell-through, expand assortments and secure promotional product plans
  • Coordinate and lead customer meetings to achieve account sales targets, conduct necessary preparation with account specific analysis and business metrics
  • Monitor execution of channel marketing and promotional plans throughout the year and continually adjust to ensure account-level budgets are maintained
  • Work with Director of Sales to find and model new business opportunities within assigned channel(s) and manage from set up to ongoing business
  • Work alongside the Director of Sales to further develop our retail and corporate business opportunities as requested
  • Support Director of Sales in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Update account plans and keep record of external environment (pricing, co-op, MDF, promotions, competition, trends), influencing updates and roadmap
  • Support the business forecast process by providing insight to each customer and sales channels


  • Self-starting, natural born sales leader with proven sales abilities
  • Drive and initiative to create and implement successful plans to expand business with existing luxury, CE and specialty retailers
  • Experience driving sell-in and sell-through with CE and specialty retailers, omni-channel retailers, department stores and fashion boutiques
  • Excellent presentation, sales, numerical and analytical skills
  • Comfortable implementing joint business planning and influence at all levels
  • Proficiency with account planning and forecasting
  • Genuine interest and passion for fashion, luxury goods and/or consumer electronics
