We are a New York City-based company with a passion for building beautifully crafted, richly appointed, technically sophisticated sound tools for creative minds. The company's growing product line includes a wireless speaker, headphones, earphones and accessories.

Play an integral role in Master & Dynamic's continued growth by planning, developing and executing strategic online and digital marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer engagement. Manage and execute a digital strategy for paid digital media, email and social media to drive traffic and surpass target ROI. Manage digital agencies, e-commerce manager and customer experience rep, as well as maintain strong inter-departmental relationships with team leads.

This position requires using data and creativity to dramatically impact performance. The right person will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and tactical execution, measurement and ongoing optimization of digital marketing programs and digital experience designed to drive overall business and brand performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute all aspects of Master & Dynamic's digital acquisition strategy, including SEM, SEO, programmatic display, re-targeting, email marketing, paid video and other content marketing
  • Partner with Social Media Manager on paid social strategy
  • Accountable for managing multiple 3rd party advertising vendors
  • Create weekly and monthly reports to effectively communicate digital KPIs and budget allocation
  • Lead UX and UI optimization strategy and site update schedule for all M&D web domains
  • Partner with 3rd party data providers to define strategy for customer modeling and prospecting campaigns
  • Keep abreast of all the latest SEM, display and paid social industry information, trends and opportunities
  • Establish KPIs and reporting infrastructure to manage performance and communicate results to leadership team
  • Budget, monitor and control costs associated with digital marketing programs, initiatives and pilot projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 3+ years growing an e-commerce business and digital marketing senior management experience required
  • Experience in luxury or consumer electronics is preferred but not required
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics and GTM
  • Demonstrated competencies in creating acquisition email campaigns, banners, testing tools, UX optimization and strong knowledge of content marketing, SEM & SEO
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Know how to prioritize, communicate clearly and be able to work well in a team 
  • Proven record of managing and executing marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Analytic and quantitative skills, including mobile marketing and social media metrics; knowledgeable about customer analytics, retention, loyalty, LTV, RFM, etc.
  • Knowledge of CMS, ESP, CRM and ERP solutions
