We are a New York City-based company with a passion for building beautifully crafted, richly appointed, technically sophisticated sound tools for creative minds. The company's growing product line includes a wireless speaker, headphones, earphones and accessories.

We are seeking an energetic, talented, analytical and experienced E-Commerce Manager to help grow and enhance our online presence both domestically and internationally.


  • Responsible for all website updates
    • Work with Art Director to manage relationship with development agency
    • Manage weekly development initiatives, create briefs and deployments
    • Create weekly e-commerce code push reviews and analysis to guide future e-commerce decisions
    • Perform quality assurance on Master & Dynamic site daily for issues such as bugs, broken images, load speed, needed updates, etc.
  • Manage and optimize site personalization on our three proprietary web properties (US, UK, EU) to reflect sales growth
  • Partner with Marketing Department on new and ongoing marketing initiatives and product launches
  • Set KPI benchmarks from analytics and competitive analysis
    • Increase conversion rate on all web store fronts
  • Prime focus on increasing UX and CR leading up to holiday
  • Build the email marketing calendar and work with the digital marketing team to test and schedule automation and weekly emails
  • Manage/improve entire customer experience from order to delivery by partnering with customer service team to quickly and efficiently solve any customer-related issues
  • Own global expansion and location of D2C initiatives
  • Work cross functionally with logistics team to maintain sufficient inventory in all 3PLs
  • Order submission and tracking to 3PLs
  • Manage relationship with 3rd party integration partners and vendors
  • Establish detailed quarterly direction for e-commerce initiatives
  • Create and send weekly reports to CMO
  • Work with wholesale team to oversee brand presence of retailer websites


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in e-commerce for a consumer products brand, preferably luxury consumer goods or premium consumer electronics
  • Comfort managing logistics and operational tasks
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
  • Experience working with Shopify platform
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system
  • Familiarity with Amazon Marketplace
  • Ability to professional manage relationships with 3rd party agencies
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work cross functionally across all departments
  • Comfortable in the fast-paced and imperfect world of a young, growing company
