The company's growing product line includes headphones, earphones, wireless speakers and accessories.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, talented, disciplined and hands-on leader for our Global Planning, Supply Chain and Customer Service operations, not only to manage its daily operations but also to scale our global operations competencies in line with our growth expectations. A crucial element of this role will be to oversee the M&D operations in China.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is full-time, for immediate hire and located at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.


  • Leading, coaching and developing M&D's Integrated Planning, China Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics and Customer Services teams.
  • Contributing to the evolution and growth of M&D, as a proactive, and solutions-oriented senior member of the global M&D management team.
  • Establishing a company focus on robust and flexible business processes, as well as contributing to a culture of fact-based results-driven decision making.
  • Effective management and hands-on control of all operational activities across, as well as support to, the global M&D organization and its customer base.
  • Development and maintenance of executive relationships with global Supply Chain business partners and service providers, including Sourcing, Compliance, Original Design & Manufacturing (ODM) Services, Transportation, Warehousing & Logistics (3PL), Customer Service and Repair & Refurbishment.
  • Ensuring that M&D products as well as the global trading of those products is compliant to applicable local and global legislation, standards and requirements.
  • Driving continuous improvement projects and programs to increase quality, improve customer satisfaction, provide better service levels and improve efficiency, while reducing cost and lowering inventory levels across the global operations.
  • Provision of accurate, regular and timely operational dashboards, KPI's and reports in support of the global M&D sales forecasting, integrated planning, inventory management, sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, customer order fulfillment and customer service operation.
  • Development of operational business processes and standard operating procedures, as well as driving the full automation and supply chain integration on the basis of M&D's global Oracle NetSuite ERP platform.


  • This role requires a BS degree in Supply Chain or similar curriculum, in combination with a solid track record of 10 years or more in a global supply chain management role, gained at a successful international OEM brand in luxury consumer goods or premium consumer electronics products.
  • Solid experience in managing or coordinating a China based operations team including Engineering, Quality Management, Sourcing & Manufacturing and Logistics functions.
  • Solid and hands-on experience in Stage Gate and best-practices processes for New Product Introduction and industrialization.
  • Demonstrable experience in establishing a fully EDI-integrated supply chain.
  • Well versed with US Retail Compliance and charge-back avoidance.
  • Well versed with the applicable product- and trading compliance standards legislation and requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Integrated Supply Chain Planning and Inventory management activities.
  • Solid experience in establishing and managing a global state of the art Customer Service operation.
  • Ambition and ability to grow personally, as well as to develop the role to the COO level.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem resolution and communication skills.

  • Ability to explain and present complex concepts and data in simple terms.
